Information we process
Depending on how you use the platform, we may process your name, email, user identifier, authentication information, purchase and entitlement records, transaction identifiers and payment status, reviews and ratings, teacher-training applications, submitted student stories or video links, support messages, and technical/security information reasonably required to operate and protect the service.
Prana Integrity does not receive or store your complete card number or CVC through the ordinary Stripe Checkout flow. Payment-card processing is handled by Stripe.
Why we use information
We use data to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, process and verify purchases, deliver purchased content, maintain entitlements, operate reviews, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, diagnose technical problems and comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases where applicable
Where laws such as the GDPR apply, processing may be based on performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, or consent where consent is specifically required.
Service providers
We use service providers needed to operate the platform, including Supabase for authentication/database/storage, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for website delivery and security, and Google where a user chooses Google sign-in. If protected video or other infrastructure is added, this Policy should be updated accordingly.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information for money. Information may be shared with service providers only as reasonably needed to operate the service, when required by law, to protect users and the platform from fraud or security threats, or in a lawful business transfer.
International processing
Service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, applicable legal mechanisms and safeguards for international transfers are relied upon.
Retention
Account and purchase records may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to provide purchased access, maintain transaction history, satisfy tax/accounting/legal obligations, resolve disputes and prevent fraud. Technical logs and support records are retained according to their purpose. Reviews may remain published subject to platform rules and applicable law.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent. Requests can be sent to support@yogaintegrity.org. We may need to verify your identity.
Account deletion
Deleting an account does not necessarily require deletion of every transaction record if retention is required for legal, accounting, anti-fraud or dispute purposes.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authenticated accounts, access controls and restricted server-side access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
The platform is not intentionally designed to collect personal data from children who cannot lawfully consent without parental or guardian authorization. Contact us if you believe data has been collected improperly.
Changes
We may update this Policy as the platform or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version.
