Refund Policy

Digital products are generally final sale once access, download or streaming begins, except where law requires otherwise.

Digital products

Prana Integrity supplies digital content that may become available immediately after payment. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, purchases are generally final once access, downloading or streaming has begun.

A refund is not ordinarily provided solely because a customer changed their mind, did not enjoy the content, did not have time to use it, failed to read the product description, or downloaded/accessed the material and later decided not to keep it.

Cases we review

We will reasonably review an accidental duplicate charge, a material technical failure attributable to Prana Integrity that prevents access and cannot be resolved, a product materially different from its published description, or any case where applicable law requires a remedy. We may first restore access, replace a defective file or correct the technical problem.

Immediate delivery and withdrawal rights

Where legally applicable, by requesting immediate access to paid digital content you request that performance begin immediately. Where applicable law permits, beginning a download or stream after prior express consent and acknowledgement may affect or end a statutory withdrawal right. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Abuse

We may investigate patterns reasonably indicating fraud or abuse, including repeated purchases followed by downloading and refund demands, fraudulent transactions or misuse of payment disputes. Subject to applicable law, we may restrict future purchases or access where there is reasonable evidence of systematic abuse.

Effect of a refund

If a full refund is granted, Prana Integrity may revoke future access to the refunded product, including downloads and streaming. A partial refund does not automatically terminate access unless otherwise agreed.

Disputes and chargebacks

If a payment is disputed or reversed, related access may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed.

Email support@yogaintegrity.org with your account email, product name, transaction date and a short description. Never send card numbers, CVC codes or passwords by email.

Что мы рассматриваем

Мы разумно рассматриваем случайное двойное списание, существенную техническую неисправность со стороны Prana Integrity, которая препятствует доступу и не может быть устранена, существенное несоответствие продукта опубликованному описанию, а также случаи, когда применимый закон требует возврата или другого средства защиты. Сначала мы можем восстановить доступ, заменить повреждённый файл или устранить техническую проблему.

Немедленное предоставление и право на отказ

Если это применимо по закону, запрашивая немедленный доступ к платному цифровому контенту, вы просите начать исполнение сразу. Там, где закон это допускает, начало скачивания или стриминга после предварительного явного согласия и подтверждения может повлиять на установленное законом право на отказ или прекратить его. Обязательные права, от которых нельзя отказаться по закону, сохраняются.

Злоупотребления

Мы можем проверять схемы, разумно указывающие на мошенничество или злоупотребление, включая повторяющиеся покупки с последующим скачиванием и требованиями возврата, мошеннические операции или злоупотребление платёжными спорами. В рамках закона мы можем ограничить будущие покупки или доступ при разумных доказательствах систематического злоупотребления.

Что происходит после возврата

При полном возврате Prana Integrity может отозвать дальнейший доступ к возвращённому продукту, включая скачивания и стриминг. Частичный возврат сам по себе не прекращает доступ, если не согласовано иное.

Споры и чарджбэки

Если платёж оспорен или отменён, связанный с ним доступ может быть временно приостановлен на время проверки.

Напишите на support@yogaintegrity.org, указав email аккаунта, название продукта, дату операции и краткое описание. Никогда не отправляйте по email номер карты, CVC или пароль.

Productos digitales

Prana Integrity suministra contenido digital que puede estar disponible inmediatamente después del pago. Salvo que la ley aplicable exija lo contrario, las compras son generalmente definitivas una vez iniciado el acceso, descarga o streaming.

Normalmente no se concede un reembolso únicamente porque el cliente haya cambiado de opinión, no le haya gustado el contenido, no tenga tiempo para usarlo, no haya leído la descripción o haya descargado/accedido al material y después decida no conservarlo.

Casos que revisamos

Revisaremos razonablemente un cargo duplicado accidental, un fallo técnico material atribuible a Prana Integrity que impida el acceso y no pueda resolverse, un producto materialmente distinto de su descripción publicada, o cualquier caso en que la ley aplicable exija una solución. Podemos primero restaurar el acceso, reemplazar un archivo defectuoso o corregir el problema técnico.

Entrega inmediata y derecho de desistimiento

Cuando sea legalmente aplicable, al solicitar acceso inmediato a contenido digital de pago solicitas que la ejecución comience de inmediato. Donde la ley lo permita, iniciar una descarga o streaming después del consentimiento y reconocimiento expresos previos puede afectar o extinguir un derecho legal de desistimiento. Los derechos obligatorios que no puedan renunciarse permanecen intactos.

Abuso

Podemos investigar patrones que razonablemente indiquen fraude o abuso, como compras repetidas seguidas de descargas y solicitudes de reembolso, transacciones fraudulentas o uso abusivo de disputas de pago. Sujeto a la ley, podemos restringir futuras compras o acceso cuando exista evidencia razonable de abuso sistemático.

Efecto de un reembolso

Si se concede un reembolso total, Prana Integrity puede revocar el acceso futuro al producto reembolsado, incluidas descargas y streaming. Un reembolso parcial no termina automáticamente el acceso salvo acuerdo distinto.

Disputas y contracargos

Si un pago es disputado o revertido, el acceso relacionado puede suspenderse temporalmente durante la revisión.
