These Terms govern use of Prana Integrity, operated by Alexey Toropov, Thailand (“Prana Integrity”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, purchasing or accessing protected content, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
Your account is personal. You are responsible for its security and for activity through it. You may not sell, lend, transfer or share account access. We may reasonably verify or restrict an account if we suspect unauthorized access, fraud or abuse.
2. Purchases and license
A purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access the product purchased. Copyright and ownership do not transfer to you.
Digital books may be downloaded for personal use unless stated otherwise. Videos, courses and streaming programs are licensed for viewing inside Prana Integrity and are not sold as downloadable video files.
3. Intellectual property
Books, texts, videos, lectures, recordings, images, course structures, educational materials and designs are protected by intellectual-property law. Except where law expressly permits, you may not distribute, resell, upload, publicly post, systematically copy, record protected streaming content, bypass technical protections, share paid materials or credentials, or create unauthorized commercial reproductions, translations or adaptations.
You may not use protected Prana Integrity materials to train AI models or datasets, or use face replacement, voice cloning or similar technology to impersonate, reconstruct or republish protected teaching materials without written permission.
4. Reviews
Reviews should reflect genuine experience. You retain ownership of your review text and grant Prana Integrity a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, format and, if the platform later supports it, translate the review for operation and promotion of the platform. We may remove spam, unlawful content, impersonation or fraudulent reviews, but not merely because a review is negative.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not bypass payment or access controls, access another user’s purchases, scrape protected materials at scale, exploit vulnerabilities, use stolen payment credentials, commit refund or chargeback abuse, or interfere with the service.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, unlawful distribution or serious abuse. We may restore access if an investigation shows no violation.
7. Educational and health disclaimer
Prana Integrity provides educational information. Yoga, pranayama, breathing and movement materials are not medical diagnosis, treatment or individualized healthcare advice. Users are responsible for deciding whether a practice is appropriate and should seek qualified healthcare advice where appropriate. Stop a practice if you experience concerning symptoms.
8. Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update technology, presentation and features. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve legitimate purchased access, subject to law, security, intellectual-property claims and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Third-party providers
Payments, authentication, hosting and other infrastructure may be supplied by third parties including Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare and Google. Their own terms and privacy notices may also apply.
10. Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee particular educational, health or performance outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing framework
These Terms are operated from Thailand. Mandatory consumer protections applicable in a customer’s jurisdiction remain unaffected where they cannot legally be waived.
