The problem

Overload can't be fixed by rest alone

Most productivity frameworks rely on motivation, time management, and discipline. They help — up to a point. Beyond that, a person runs into physiology: the nervous system, breath, and attention don't respond to willpower.

Performance Integrity works with the cause, not the symptom. Breath and attention are physiological tools that directly affect stress levels, quality of concentration, and recovery speed.
