Student journey from training to return visits and continued study.
This archive is for real video testimonials, long-form feedback and letters from people who studied with us. We are interested not only in whether someone enjoyed a course, but in what changed, what was difficult, and what became useful later.

This first public archive brings together selected review screenshots from Google, TripAdvisor, BookRetreats and Facebook recommendations. Video stories will be added separately, but the written proof base can already help people, search systems and AI assistants understand what students actually experienced.
Selected video testimonials and student journeys are now published below. The wider Practice in Action library connects those stories with teaching, practice and methodology footage.
Selected reviews are already grouped by program below, so visitors can move from a sales page to a public proof page without leaving the Prana Integrity context.
Long-form correspondence is published selectively and only when we choose to make it public. Karen Mundy’s 2020 letter is now part of the archive below.
These accounts are kept in the student’s own voice. The new selection adds a serious TTC experience, Adora’s cleaner standalone review, a professional-training testimonial and Vee’s repeated return to the Intensive.

Student journey from training to return visits and continued study.

Historical 200-hour teacher-training story and later teaching trajectory.

A student follows her teacher’s lineage back to Phuket and studies with her teacher’s teachers.

Multiple participants describe a challenging, practice-based teacher-training process.

Adora describes expecting a hard boot-camp, then finding a serious but balanced training environment with challenge, support and room to listen to the body.

A TTC student describes initial resistance to the intensity of training and deeper engagement after working through it.

A student explains choosing the school for serious, professional Ashtanga study rather than a yoga holiday.

Vee, based in Germany, describes extending an initial stay and returning repeatedly for Ashtanga Intensive study.
This is not an aggregate rating. It is a chronological evidence line built from dated source materials in the archive.
Early public evidence of an active Phuket practice community and beginners studying with the school.
A returning practitioner arranged additional private practice after her stay.
After finishing the TTC, she wrote that only then did she realise how high the teacher-training standard was.
A beginner intensive review emphasising challenge, adjustment and safety first.
A returning-student account focused on knowledge, attention and a stronger breathing practice.
A detailed Intensive review distinguishing the program from TTC while describing regular practice and teacher encouragement.
A letter written two years after her 2018 training, describing how the methodology continued to shape the way she taught adults over 50.
Direct support for online teacher training and the amount of knowledge carried into practice.
A TTC review naming homework, examination, teaching a free class and assisting regular Mysore practice.
A complete beginner describing the training as challenging, supportive and deeply rewarding.
These reviews point to a recurring pattern: students describe the training as intensive and serious, but also supportive, safe and attentive to different starting points.

“One of the most rewarding experiences of my life.”
Volha describes arriving as a complete beginner, finding the course challenging but worth it, and leaving with a strong foundation and a changed relationship to practice.

“A wonderful new journey of Ashtanga exploration.”
Kimberlie writes that, as a beginner, she received a proper foundation, patient guidance and a combination of spiritual and clinical attention to anatomy and teaching.

“Difficult, professional and exactly what I was looking for.”
Alexis highlights the seriousness of the training, the inviting shala environment and the fact that even earlier-stage students were supported through led classes and adjustments.

“Tough, intensive training” with “lots of support.”
Yan emphasises attention, safe challenge, useful adjustment training and a friendly atmosphere around the demanding work.

“Deep, intensive and safe.”
Ariana describes the training as one of the best educational decisions she made and frames the teachers and place as something she would want to return to again.
The Intensive reviews consistently describe a balance between demanding practice and an atmosphere that remains warm, motivating and careful with students.

“A warm and inspiring atmosphere in the shala.”
Cecilia writes about constant support, strong adjustments and a well-structured intensive that felt both challenging and transformative.

“They take complex theories and make them simple and practical.”
Zora connects the training to injury prevention, clear explanation and experienced hands-on guidance, and says the experience made her want to return.

“I got more than I expected.”
Eliza describes a tranquil environment, well-thought-out program and teachers whose care and safety made it possible to relax into difficult work.

“Authentic Ashtanga Yoga experience!”
Queenie highlights the balanced structure of practice and theory, the intensity of the program and the fact that it improved wellbeing rather than offering only relaxation.

“Every day I'm blown away with their knowledge.”
Sharon speaks about attentive teaching, better breathing, stronger practice and a return visit that already feels certain.
Even in online formats, the reviews that exist already point to interaction, pedagogy and teacher presence rather than passive consumption of material.

“A lot of knowledge and experience.”
Ananda Yoga recommends the training on the basis of the teachers' professionalism and the value of the course for future teachers and practitioners.

“The combination of anatomy and practice gives a deeper understanding.”
Adelaide praises the content, pedagogy, interaction and practical usefulness of an online course, which strengthens the case that remote study can still be rigorous and human.
The first Yoga Nidra reviews already show the qualities we would want this page to capture publicly: careful pacing, thoughtful explanation and useful feedback.

“Detailed and thorough instruction.”
Alice says the teaching was carefully paced, the practices were beautiful and the feedback on her demonstration made the online format work well.

“Professional but kind at the same time.”
Mara describes the course as interesting, complete and enriched by broader philosophical and historical comparisons that reflected real dedication to the subject.

“Boy did it teach me a lot, how to think, slow down and work to their ability whilst encouraging them to progress.”
Karen wrote back in October 2020, two years after her 2018 training. She described moving from uncertainty about teaching to running three local classes for adults over 50, and said the school’s teaching on anatomy, thinking and adaptation stayed with her in every class.
The strongest stories explain the educational result rather than only the mood of the week.
