Choose the format that fits where you are now. In Phuket we work in a small group face to face. Online programs allow longer, self-paced study with teacher feedback. The aim is the same: build knowledge you can keep using after the certificate.
We are starting with the programs that already exist and are being taught. More specialized teacher education will be added later.
Three-week, small-group training. Complete beginners are welcome. Ashtanga Primary Series gives the practical foundation; pranayama, anatomy, teaching methodology, adaptation, contraindications, Yoga Nidra, philosophy and workshops widen the work beyond one sequence.

People search for 200-hour teacher training, so we describe the format clearly. Inside the program, however, we treat the certificate as a stage: practice, observation, responsibility and further study continue long after the course ends.
For eligible completed training hours, teachers with active Yoga Alliance registration can request Continuing Education documentation from the school.
