Practice in Action

See the education, not only the promise.

This is a contextual video library: real teacher training, practice, adjustment, student journeys and life around the school. The videos remain on YouTube; this page explains what each one shows and where it belongs in the Prana Integrity method.

Part of the onsite and historical footage comes from the archive of Traditional Ashtanga Yoga Shala Phuket (TAYSP) ↗. PRANA Integrity provides the current educational context and methodology around that material.

Real footage is published with context rather than as a wall of embeds. Historical formats are labelled clearly, and material that does not meet the current standard is not published.
