The problem

Overload can't be fixed by rest alone

Most productivity frameworks rely on motivation, time management, and discipline. They help — up to a point. Beyond that, a person runs into physiology: the nervous system, breath, and attention don't respond to willpower.

Performance Integrity works with the cause, not the symptom. Breath and attention are physiological tools that directly affect stress levels, quality of concentration, and recovery speed.

Choose your level

One principle, different depth — depending on experience and goals.

Beginner

I want to start

No experience with breathing or movement practices. I want to understand how it works and try it without unnecessary complexity.

Start with the basics
Practitioner

I already practice

Some foundational experience. I want to deepen my understanding, systematise my practice, and get concrete tools for managing my state.

Advanced

I want to go deeper

A stable practice. Interested in physiology, fine-tuning, and methodology — to understand what's happening, not just follow instructions.

Practice in action

Practice is where the method becomes visible.

Led rhythm, individual work and adaptive movement show three different ways the same principle operates: observe the person, choose the task and keep the practice alive.
