Guided Meditation — Sofya
Sofya guides a group contemplative practice with grounding, body awareness, attention and breath.
A focused study of classical Yoga Nidra for practitioners and teachers who want to understand the practice and learn how to lead sessions with structure, clarity and responsibility.

Sofya leads the Yoga Nidra program. She has an academic background in theology and philosophy, has studied and practiced yoga since 2005, and has been teaching Yoga Nidra since 2013.
The training is not presented as a shortcut to authority. It focuses on understanding the structure of the practice, learning to lead it carefully, and developing through personal practice and feedback.
A real group teaching moment: grounding, body awareness, attention and breath. It gives the Yoga Nidra and meditation material a human context beyond the course outline.

The current assessment includes a knowledge test and a recorded Yoga Nidra session sent to Sofya for review. Feedback may be given on structure, voice management and other aspects before completion.
The first two public Yoga Nidra reviews already reinforce the same qualities the page is trying to communicate: careful pacing, strong explanation and useful feedback rather than vague wellness language.
