Train the body. Refine the breath. Turn inward.
Pranayama is the bridge. Asana prepares the body; pranayama refines breath and attention; pratyahara turns practice inward.
The body is a temple. At some point, practice has to enter it.
The body is not the destination.
A body can be strengthened, repaired, refined and made more capable. But practice cannot end at the walls of the temple. Prana Integrity uses Hatha as preparation for an inward movement through pranayama, pratyahara and meditation.
